WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU CONSULT WITH DR. PETERS
You will receive a no cost initial consultation. If both parties agree to proceed, Dr. Peters will review the materials you provide. The review will be objective, thorough, and will be conducted with the purpose of answering the specific questions you have voiced at the time of the initial consultation. If the conclusion(s) reached are supportive of the case you are trying to present, Dr. Peters can assist you in all aspects of the case leading up to trial, including searching the relevant medical literature, assisting in creating questions for examination and cross examination, and recommending other medical experts outside of Forensic Pathology to bolster the strength of your arguments. Finally, and most importantly, if the case makes it to trial, you will have an experienced, comfortable, confident and likable witness that can explain complex medical terms to a jury in words that they can understand.
Please note: I DO NOT PERFORM PRIVATE AUTOPSIES.
